STAY MOTIVATED…

1. Know/See/Feel The End Result

You must know precisely, see exactly, feel the materials that will be around you; then make it your reality. You KNOW you want to be the next “LeBron James”, you must know the game in and out. What is your number and why is it significant to you? See your surroundings as if the ring(s) has already been obtained. Your wall of medals/trophies that you will earn, to the car you will drive at your leisure when you’re not playing. How will you feel when the finals are over, and your team won. Become one with that excitement, know it, see it, and feel it.

2. Remember Why You Started

What is your WHY? -Eric Thomas. Why do you wake up and get to it? What is it for and who will eat from it? Why do you even bother to reach the top? When these questions are knownst, it makes it that much easier to bounce back. Knowing that when it pays off, your family will be fed, or your mother can get that home she deserves. Whatever it is, understand that in all actuality; IT IS NOT FOR YOU. Who do you GO HARD for? But why?

3. Have The Desire To Be Better every day

Time stops for no one and nothing stays the same forever. There will always be new ways to do things or even better things to add to your resume. Yearning for more knowledge, looking for new ways to be better at your craft, etc. Doors can/will open for you, proving that something is in fact working; from all of your efforts/work. Ideas can potentially spark, new creations can form. Many great things derive from the want to be GREAT every day.

4. Set Goals & Actually Accomplish Them (Short range/Long range)

We have to start off with a list, an actual list of things you NEED to accomplish. The “NEED” mindset helps. Set goals that can easily be accomplished, now not trivial-easy! Make them more so that accomplishing them, is not far fetch. This encourages you to ultimately set long-range goals, and know/believe they are feasible. Not because of the goal itself, but the drive you created whilst accomplishing all of your goals in an entity.

5. Discipline Yourself To Do The Right Thing/Persevere No Matter The Situation

Lord knows, times can get hard, oh yes they can. Through such devastations, you must persevere; and always see that light that you create. Discipline yourself to work through tough times. Yes, Hiatuses are sometimes required, but you must bounce back at some point. Do not hold off but for so long, it’ll eventually be placed on the back-back burner. Everyone gets their share of hard times, and we all have had the same emotions through different events; NO ONE IS EXCLUDED. WHAT DO YOU DO WITH YOUR PAIN? Do not dwell in it, PERSEVERE.
