Confabulation is the creation of false memories in the absence of intentions of deception. Individuals who confabulate have no recognition that the information being relayed to others is fabricated.

I make s%i# up.

The scenarios I create are more so naive than the innocent “confabulation.” When these lies form they feel real, I believe it’s true, still I can tell the difference. I make this shit up to then get mad, I cause myself to be upset. I choose to dwell and stay angered. Now that I’m out of breath, adrenaline is rushing and I choose to remain upset.
